Come June 2014, all roads will lead to Tampa for International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) awards

Good evening readers:

We attended a press conference regarding the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Weekend & Awards, which will be held in Tampa Bay in June 2014. Organizers are expecting more than 40,000 people to attend the weekend festivities related to the event next year. They pitted the event between the RNC Convention and the Super Bowl, both of which Tampa has hosted with huge success. Also, it appears the Tampa Bay Times Forum (previously known as the Ice Palace) will be the venue for the awards ceremony. Also, the Florida State Fairgrounds and Raymond James Stadium will see some IIFA action like never before. We at Khaas Baat, which has catered to the Indian American community in Florida for the last nine years, will be covering the entire show several months before it starts.
